Jessica did a great job. Jessica said she couldn’t speak much English and I as I am only on holiday I don’t speak Portuguese however her English was perfect and clear and she did exactly what I asked for. If I’m ever in Lisbon again would return. Obrigada :)

I’ve been doing intim wax for over a decade now - so when moving to Lisbon it was a major challenge to find a good salon with the high quality service I’m used to. After 2years, I have finally found WAXLAB, and I’ve been going there in the last few months. The wax is well-selected, the place is sterile, the beautician is professional. I would not change back to any other place in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

I had a really great waxing experience with Inez. She was friendly, quick and really thorough - did exactly what I asked for! I had some issues with payment (if you’re a tourist, bring cash!!) but she was so understanding and patient while I sorted it out. Would absolutely recommend!

I’ve been going to Eilene for years now and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has just moved into a brand new location and it is absolutely stunning: shiny, spotless and so welcoming from the moment you walk in. She is so professional and clearly knows her stuff whether you’re coming in for a wax or a facial massage. The results are consistently great and she makes the whole process feel effortless.
