I recently moved to Grimsby and today was my first time going to Lux. I had a lash tint (obsessed), eyebrow and neck wax, and a shellac manicure. Both girls who worked on me were excellent, friendly and professional, and did great work. Will definitely be going back again for more pampering!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Amazing first experience at the Grimsby location. David was my nail tech and did a beautiful job he is very talented. We also had our eye brows done from Michaela and they look great. Also they have our Alumier products so we stalked up! Would highly recommend this spa.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this… The Vietnamese iced coffee was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly strong, smooth, and that rich, bold flavour balanced with just the right amount of sweetness, it was addictive from the first sip. You can tell it was made with care. I had the most AMAZING experience here. It was my first time but Tony did a full set with biogel in 30 minutes and absolutely killed it🔥 we sat for a drink at their bar and the drinks did not disappoint. Would highly recommend!
