I recently moved to Grimsby and today was my first time going to Lux. I had a lash tint (obsessed), eyebrow and neck wax, and a shellac manicure. Both girls who worked on me were excellent, friendly and professional, and did great work. Will definitely be going back again for more pampering!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Amazing first experience at the Grimsby location. David was my nail tech and did a beautiful job he is very talented. We also had our eye brows done from Michaela and they look great. Also they have our Alumier products so we stalked up! Would highly recommend this spa.

Incredible experience! Real therapists who know what they are doing, the reflexology I had with Vai was so therapeutic and enjoyable! The Signature Head Spa done by these ladies is a must-try!! So much great face, head,neck, arm, hand massage included with the amazing scalp scrub and intense cleanse!!! So cool!! I was so relaxed in that warm, luxurious bed! Thank you!!!

I go to Lux in Grimsby for my regular nail appointments and was so excited when they announced the Beauty Bar Hair Spa! I have to say it was everything that I expected! Vai was so amazing, she was so attentive and always making sure I was comfortable. Having the 2 locations across the street from each other makes it so convenient, this will be added to my regular appointments! I highly recommend everyone try this at least once- you will be hooked!

Lauren is amazing! So happy to have found her after moving to the Hamilton area. Super personable, and you can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her for Botox and Fillers!

Trinity did a phenomenal job! The lux experience is absolutely heavenly. It starts with an amazing massage followed by an incredible facial , then a head spa including a dreamy super relaxing scalp massage. Then topped off with a beautiful blow out. I have never been so spoiled in my life. Try it. You won’t regret it.

Never went for a head spa or reflexology before so didnt know what to expect but was an amazing relaxing experience... shop was nice and well kept, staff was friendly and inviting.. Trinity did my reflexology and headspa.. she made me feel comfortable, relaxed and both treatments were fantastic... Janelle did my blow out and styled my hair beautifully... left the shop feeling rejuvenated, re energized and very happy. I will be doing both services again in the future as well as trying a facial and treating my boyfriend to these services as well .. awsome experience!! Great job ladies!!
