Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Right away, I loved the design of the studio. The white and gold. Nice and intimate feeling in Atah’s Elegance. She lifted and tinted my lashes so beautifully and threaded my eyebrows perfectly!!

Diana is meticulous and expertly makes my brows and lashes look their best every time. This was my first pedicure at the studio and Olya gave me the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life - nails prepped and polished to perfection, my skin has never felt more smooth. I got my make-up done for my friends wedding and absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments from people that said my make-up was the best of the day. The service was friendly and fun. I would come back in a heartbeat whenever I need make-up done in Hamilton! Cannot recommend enough.

It’s taken me a long time to find the best place in Hamilton for my nails and I finally did! I love coming here! Really clean space and everyone is super friendly! Alinsa always does such a fantastic job with my nails!

I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

Jake is an absolute gem of a human being. I can tell he’s been in the game since before half of us even knew what a lash lift was. 😂 The man’s got hands blessed by the beauty gods and a heart to match. Not only did he make my lashes and brows look flawless (like, main-character energy flawless), but he made the whole appointment feel like a mini therapy session with jokes and wisdom sprinkled in. He’s a walking masterclass in his craft and somehow also my favorite new friend. Your lashes will thank you, your brows will thank you, and honestly, your soul might thank you too. 💕

From start to finish the experience was fantastic. J explained everything as she went along and checked in regularly. I felt relaxed and pampered and I love the results of the facial, lash lift and tint and brow tint. I’m looking forward to my next appointment in a couple of months.
