Victoria at Total Image was super great! I went in for a blow out and curls for a wedding. My hair never holds a curl. I wipes up with curls the next morning!!! I highly recommend Victoria!!!

This was my first visit (and def not my last) & I was blessed to have Isabella work on my hair. She did the most amazing job with my balayage - it is blended so flawlessly. She worked with my ideas of a hair cut/style, went over my home hair care regime, and gave recommendations for styling & products. She was so friendly and accommodating, and we had great conversation! I was super comfortable the entire time. She has great knowledge, skill and technique, and it shows with my new hair! I also met Sargon, the salon owner, who was delightful and sweet, as well. Clean facility, too! Thank you!!

Best place ever! Literally on so many levels! Gabbie, amazing! This is the best colour I have ever had and I am a middle aged woman who has coloured her hair for years but this, hands down, THE BEST in colour ever and the best in salon in Hamilton. Hidden gem on Fennell between Upper Sherman and East 27th. To think I lived here and missed it all these years. I am so, so grateful to Gabbie who made me feel like myself again. Thank you Gabbie! I feel like all the hard work I put into my internal self has finally been manifested externally. My soul and hair are shining today.

I got my make-up done for my friends wedding and absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments from people that said my make-up was the best of the day. The service was friendly and fun. I would come back in a heartbeat whenever I need make-up done in Hamilton! Cannot recommend enough.

10/10. For YEARS Meg has always listened to exactly what I want and has given me the most amazing colour, style, cut over and over. She takes the time to learn your hair and knows how it adapts to colour and what type of cuts and styles you like. I’ll never go anywhere else!
