The best salon in Abu Dhabi hands down! Not only are they focussed on sustainability and ethics which is a huge bonus with me, the staff are all amazing, friendly and great at what they do. They were running behind and gave me a complimentary hand massage and head massage with my wash to ‘kill time’ instead of having me wait doing nothing. Their customer service is great and they remember things about you like your birthday, where they gifted me a shampoo bar to try out. These little things do go noticed and it’s this personal care and professionalism that sets them ahead of the rest!

Reasonable price, and comparison to other places, kind, and thoughtful staff & it is a place where you wouldn’t mind taking long at, but rather enjoy it. Very homey 🏡 Best hair stylists in Abu Dhabi & and it is honestly the best outlet in Abu Dhabi that covers all kinds of treatment that one would need and save your time from going to different places to get your errands done. I tried one of their products that I bought for my hair styling and it is amazing and they sell so many other products that you cannot find anywhere in Abu Dhabi or UAE, especially in one place.

Nails and pedicure was amazing, probably the best one in Abu Dhabi that I’ve tried, did a hair wash and blow dry that made my hair feel like silk. The staff is very friendly, 10/10 experience!

Osama, as you know I am a loyal customer and get my haircut by Adel. I just wanted to provide some feedback on your pricing. I believe that for 25 minutes cut and being charged AED 90, it is too much. You need to keep it reasonable so I can tip Adel for the cut. I live in Qatar and when i am in Abu Dhabi I come to retro. However, if the prices continue to rise for the regulars and loyal customers like myself, I may need to contemplate to get my haircut here in Qatar for less that 50 QR. Ali is a top notch barber, who does amazing haircuts & hairdos, delivers result exactly as you want it. Overall, the prices are reasonable and place is neat and cozy, conveniently located in one of the best malls in city. Highly recommend to those who is looking for a place to make a stylish haircut.
