Brooklyn is bloody lovely! I just had the basic facial today and absolutely loved it. She always makes the experience so relaxing — the heated blanket was on and was all warm and cosy, and the treatment was amazing as always, my skin is glowing.

Lisa was incredibly warm and welcoming, she talked me through each step of the Korean Facial and even made a slight adjustment to ensure all the products were vegan. Frist impressions when you walk in to the bespoke built therapy space are of calmness, cosiness and serenity. Lisa instantly makes you feel at ease; she is kind, friendly and professional. I had the bruccal facial because I have TMJ and have suffered lock jaw a couple of times. This was completely new to me but it was a wonderful experience. Lisa explained everything and talked me through each technique prior to carrying it out. I have learned techniques to relieve jaw/joint pressure which I can do myself each. It was also a very relaxing experience too.

Im not usually one who has facials but...this was amazing and so relaxing!! Lauren knows her stuff!! If she hadnt advised me that i needed to wait between 4 to 6 weeks for another then i would be going again tomorrow!!!!
