It was my first facial with Kayleigh and she was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout. She had good knowledge of the skin care products and reassurance was provided that they could be used on any skin type including sensitive skin. I recently visited Joanne at Springhill and had the most wonderful top-to-toe treatment. A facial followed by reflexology. From the moment I arrived, Joanne made me feel completely relaxed and welcomed. The facial was incredibly soothing and left my skin feeling refreshed, nourished, and cared for. I had a lash lift and tint along with an eyebrow wax and tint, and I'm so happy with the results! My brows are beautifully shaped and suit my face perfectly, and my lashes look so much longer and more lifted. The whole experience was friendly and professional.
