I had the Buccal facial massage with Sian. First time for me to have this and it was so relaxing. Combined with the jelly eye mask, arm and head massage, it was divine. I highly recommend this treatment. Sian is so knowledgeable in her craft. Such a calming and peaceful treatment room. Just trying to decide what to have next 🙂

My first visit to Healing Hands: beautiful treatment room, Sian was very friendly and welcoming. I had the buccal massage as I hold a lot of anxiety tension in my jaw and suffer occasional TMJ pain. The treatment was very nice and my jaw felt looser after the first treatment. I'll definitely be back, it's great to be able to give this tricky area some tlc, and get a lovely facial, head and neck massage at the same time.

This afternoon I have enjoyed a sublime full body massage together with an anti ageing mini facial. As they say on Strictly Come Dancing.....A-MAZ-ING! Mia is so knowledgeable, experienced & a dedicated professional therapist. The pressure applied felt so therapeutic..the quality of the products used & aroma was heavenly. I feel so relaxed & yet very sprightly too when I left. So lucky that Mia is in Llandudno as the treatments I have enjoyed since last year have made a tremendous difference to my physical health & wellbeing. Thank you Mia, you are simply the best. Excellent, the best one yet. Liza was very reassuring from the onset. It became very obvious she knew what she was doing without being an overbearingly know all. Quietly confident and sympathetic to her client was her forte. Will definitely arrange a massage next time I’m in Llandudno!

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Absolutely amazing! Such a lovely welcome from Llinos. The whole treatment (Winter Special) was exceptional. It was so much more than I expected. The massage with the Hot Shells was relaxing even when really getting into the knots of tension - that’s how good it was! The facial had lots of lovely touches, from Vit C mask to ice globes. Anyone thinking of booking - do it!!

I had the natural anti-aging facial. My skins feels amazing with a lovely glow. Mia has a wealth of knowledge and her treatment room is welcoming and calming. Love her products which are vegan and cruelty-free. 5* treatment and I will be back soon.
