The absolute best! I have been to many salons before for waxing (in multiple countries) & I never have a good or relaxing experience. Excellent, the best one yet. Liza was very reassuring from the onset. It became very obvious she knew what she was doing without being an overbearingly know all. Quietly confident and sympathetic to her client was her forte. Will definitely arrange a massage next time I’m in Llandudno!

So friendly and welcoming, love the setting. Having an intimate wax can be quite intimidating but I never feel like that here, always feel welcome and like I'm in safe hands, no judgement. Wouldnt go anywhere else x

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Another great waxing appointment - also love the fact you can be available on the awkward days - really helps when I work long days 😁

I had my first Environ electrical facial and it was a pleasant experience. Beauty therapist Megan asked me first to fill in a personal consultation form and a more in depth from the company Environ. Once in the treatment room, she explained the upcoming procedure in a calm and professional manner. She asked me as well if I had any questions before she started. After a good cleanse of my skin, she started with the light and electric shocks which gave a sort of prickly feeling. I was very relaxed. A creamy thick face mask was layered over my face, eyes and mouth too.

Absolutely love my monthly Hollywood and lip wax, just added BIAB nails and they are amazing! ❤️

Superb 80 minute body and head massage and basic facial treatment with Megan. Wonderfully relaxing.
