What a lovely relaxing experience. I felt very nurtured and cared for during this treatment with Joanne. Loved the whole experience....heated blanket, body massager whilst the head spa treatment.. a mini facial and hand massage too. Highly recommend. Will be booking again as a special treat to myself. I had the natural anti-aging facial. My skins feels amazing with a lovely glow. Mia has a wealth of knowledge and her treatment room is welcoming and calming. Love her products which are vegan and cruelty-free. 5* treatment and I will be back soon.

1000% would recommend this treatment my scalp and hair feel amazing. Total relaxation from start to finish which included facial and hand massage with a amazing atmosphere thank you so so much for helping me melt away the stress and left feeling totally relaxed.

Wow, what can I say. Jo made me feel so relaxed in a restful environment. The head spa was the most relaxing thing I’ve ever had. Lovely scented products. The massage, well, I could happily sleep for the rest of the day. The soothing heated massage bench was a very unexpected pleasant experience throughout. I had a wonderful facial. Also a hand massage. I’m really relaxed. If you’re looking for a Japanese head spa, then this is the place for you. I’m definitely going back for more.

As someone with coloured hair, I've struggled to find a treatment that brings back its health and shine. The head spa with Jo not only delivered but exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely, and the relaxing music made me feel cosy. Jo even gave me a mini facial and a mini hand massage while the hair treatments worked their magic. I chose the rosemary and mint treatment and my hair has been transformed. It feels softer and looks more shiny than it has since I started colouring it. I'm so impressed and will definitely be back.

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Absolutely fantastic Manual Lymphatic Drainage and the facial, my skin is looking fresher and glowing. I am seeing amazing results with the MLD. Thank you Mia for helping me to heal.

A wonderful facial and dermaplane. The usual first class service from Ceri. The only downside of her being so good is it's harder to get an appointment lol. Thanks Ceri. My skin feels fabulous xx

A wonderful facial that really made my skin feel so much better

I had my first Environ electrical facial and it was a pleasant experience. Beauty therapist Megan asked me first to fill in a personal consultation form and a more in depth from the company Environ. Once in the treatment room, she explained the upcoming procedure in a calm and professional manner. She asked me as well if I had any questions before she started. After a good cleanse of my skin, she started with the light and electric shocks which gave a sort of prickly feeling. I was very relaxed. A creamy thick face mask was layered over my face, eyes and mouth too.

As usual another fabulous facial. It's the added extras of massaging the arms down to the finger tips. Sends me into complete relaxation. Thank you.

I have had another fantastic treatment outcome with Mia,I went to my appointment a total wreck and came out so relaxed and transformed, Mia genuinely cares about your whole being, Lymphatic massage is my regular treatment now as it helps with the pain of my endometriosis and relaxes my painful tummy. I also had the Cryotherapy facial which is absolutely amazing my skin is still glowing. Thank you Mia. Looking forward to my next appointment already ❤️
