I had lymphatic drainage massage with Mia yesterday. Mia is amazing 👏 she makes time ro answer any questions, explains the treatment in depth, recommended diet lifestyle changes and supplements to help my conditions. Nothing was rushed, the treatment was absolutely 💯 blissful! I have had many massages but this one was the best by far. I slept the best i have in a long time, feel less heavy and puffy. Mia is very knowledgeable and talented, she has magic hands! Would definitely recommend and I can not wait to return soon. 🩷

This was my first treatment with Sian at Healing Hands and even though I had heard such great things, the treatment surpassed all expectations. Sian was friendly and professional and put me at ease straight away. I tried the MLD massage today, specifically for Lipedema, it was extremely relaxing and Sian explained how the massage works for lymphatic drainage and how it would help my symptoms! This was my first experience of a massage (deep tissue back massage) and it was fantastic. The moment I enter I felt completely at ease and relax with Ceri. She talked me through what she doing in a calm way and applied pressure to suit different areas off my back and neck. I was so relaxed by the end of the session that I could of drifted off for a very long sleep. Would definitely return and highly recommend

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

This afternoon I have enjoyed a sublime full body massage together with an anti ageing mini facial. As they say on Strictly Come Dancing.....A-MAZ-ING! Mia is so knowledgeable, experienced & a dedicated professional therapist. The pressure applied felt so therapeutic..the quality of the products used & aroma was heavenly. I feel so relaxed & yet very sprightly too when I left. So lucky that Mia is in Llandudno as the treatments I have enjoyed since last year have made a tremendous difference to my physical health & wellbeing. Thank you Mia, you are simply the best. Ceri is a lovely friendly lady putting you at ease straight away. The room is very calming and gives a relaxed atmosphere. The massage was fabulous getting to all the niggling aches that have been an issue for a while. I would thoroughly recommend Ceri to anyone with back issues or even to just treat yourself to some ‘me’ time.

Today I recieved the Pressotherapy and - WOW! It was amazing. The room was comfortable and warm with a relaxing atmosphere. Mia was exceptional in her knowledge and attention to detail. I received a head massage during the Pressotherapy, and felt overwhelmingly relaxed. Following my treatment I was warm all day, relaxed and felt light throughout my legs. A truly beneficial treatment.

Wow, what can I say. Jo made me feel so relaxed in a restful environment. The head spa was the most relaxing thing I’ve ever had. Lovely scented products. The massage, well, I could happily sleep for the rest of the day. The soothing heated massage bench was a very unexpected pleasant experience throughout. I had a wonderful facial. Also a hand massage. I’m really relaxed. If you’re looking for a Japanese head spa, then this is the place for you. I’m definitely going back for more.

We had a half day spa with full body massage then afternoon tea in the Hall. Wonderful day. The spa is lovely, clean, has all u need, nice relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, never felt too busy or too quiet, lovely and very helpful staff. Massage was amazing, clearly very experienced, lovely relaxing space, beautiful products, not rushed at all and then relax room was nice. Then afternoon tea at hall was fab. Best one I've ever had with lovely people looking after us and had lovely chat with local staff learning all about the house and local area. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!

The new location is fab! Easy to find with the easy to follow directions that I received before my appointment. Still in Conwy but with much better parking and beautiful views! The room had a relaxing, calming vibe for my massage, which was the best as always. I visited Mia for a back massage today. I can only say thank you, thank you! I have had chronic musculoskeletal issues for the last 40 years, due to an underlying connective tissue condition.I have visited countless therapists but none have really helped. Mia was able to find all the problem areas and provide both a therapeutic and relaxing massage. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in musculoskeletal issues and combines this with the luxurious experience of a spa massage. I left feeling listened to,with my issues identified and very relaxed!I very much look forward to my next massage!

Massage was nice however treatment room was cold and dated. Lacked any calming/relaxing atmosphere. No character whatsoever, was very bare and had a garden chair in room!! Not quite up to luxury spa standards. Light remained on full brightness for majority of massage, which made it difficult to relax and switch-off. No criticism of therapist who was absolutely lovely.

I had a fantastic head massage/treatment with Jo and couldn’t recommend her enough. From start to finish she was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed — you can tell Jo really knows what she’s doing. 🥰

Amazing hot stones massage with Llinos. She really took time over the 'knots'and I feel so relaxed now. Plus, I felt safe throughout which is a big thing for me. Thank you so much xx

1000% would recommend this treatment my scalp and hair feel amazing. Total relaxation from start to finish which included facial and hand massage with a amazing atmosphere thank you so so much for helping me melt away the stress and left feeling totally relaxed.

A warm welcome was received, we were able to relax in the lounge prior to our treatments. Roisin was my massage therapist - she offered me a selection of aromatherapy scents and gave me the best massage I have had in a while. She used a gentle but firm pressure and left me feeling so relaxed. My mother had a facial with Megan which she thoroughly enjoyed too. The whole experience was excellent- we will be booking again. :-)

Had the manual lymphatic drainage with sian today. Complete different pressure to what i'm used to but I felt so relaxed through out. I left feeling more energised and less bloated. Highly recommend. Can't wait for my next massage. Thankyou sian.

Some fantastic products used on my hair I tried tea tree oil it was so good felt tingling and minty fresh! I love my face massage from Jo it’s so relaxing!
