I love my tailored facials with Sam as part of my skin journey, once again Sam spoke to me in detail beforehand to make sure I was happy with what she had in mind and tailored a facial to suit my skin’s needs and work around the other treatments I am currently having at the clinic. It was lovely and relaxing as always and my skin looks and feels amazing after! I always walk in there feeling a bit rubbish but walk out after feeling refreshed and very relaxed!

Sam is brilliant...as always. Trying different things each month on the 'skin journey', so yesterday I had a superdooper exfoliating & hydrating facial which was very relaxing, and I'm still seeing the effects today. Skin is feeling plump and it's glowing. Very happy.

Well! What can I say about my experience?! It was so lovely and my skin has never felt better! The products Claire used and the little gift bag are so lovely! I’m converted to a new skincare brand! Claire was so kind and I felt so comfortable. I’m not confident and don’t like large salons but she made me feel so comfortable and not body conscious. She gave me privacy to change and I just felt so accepted. The cute Shepard’s hut made the experience even more lovely. I will return for a lovely facial again and more treatments!

First was the lovely pedicure with gel nails then the facial , Wow wow wow , what can I say, I’ve had many a facial in my 53 yrs in many a different places all over the uk and abroad and this has to beat hands down the best one yet . It was so relaxing , I came out glowing and so chilled not only that the best products are used . I will certainly be returning for a repeat performance in a few weeks time .

Amazing deluxe dermaplane facial with Emma. Very professional and friendly. Made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. Gave me a good consultation prior to the treatment and thorough aftercare advice. Always a 10/10 experience whenever I visit The Glam and Glow.

The best salon EVERRRRR! I always feel listened to and Faye always achieves my goals! She's also realistic and tells me if something is not going to suit my face. I love her work and her whole personality! She makes you feel so relaxed, talks you through everything and is extremely knowledgeable.
