I was so nervous for my first wax but instantly felt relaxed with Jasmine. She went at the pace I needed all while distracting me with lovely and very easy conversation. I recently had the Japanese head spa treatment with Tilly. Before starting Tilly showed me my scalp and the build up and talked me through the whole treatment process. I felt comfortable and relaxed, the treatment was really calming. At the end Tilly showed me the before and after results on my scalp and I was amazed at the difference. I would definitely recommend this treatment. Tilly was really friendly and professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout 🥰

First was the lovely pedicure with gel nails then the facial , Wow wow wow , what can I say, I’ve had many a facial in my 53 yrs in many a different places all over the uk and abroad and this has to beat hands down the best one yet . It was so relaxing , I came out glowing and so chilled not only that the best products are used . I will certainly be returning for a repeat performance in a few weeks time .

Thoroughly enjoyed Japanese head Spa treatment. Tilly is amazing and the atmosphere relaxing. I felt like I was floating on a cloud during and following the whole experience.

I had a Swedish back and neck massage and it was excellent. I went in with quite a stiff neck and was struggling to move it properly. After the treatment I could move my neck so much more freely and the tension had really eased. Tilly was professional, friendly and made sure the pressure was comfortable throughout. I honestly loved every second and left feeling completely relaxed. I would definitely recommend and will be booking again!
