My experience with Jo was completely magical. I had the Transmutation, a holistic facial treatment that includes microneedling, polynucleotides, massage and a sound bath, which was both stimulating and relaxing. The setting is really cosy and it was very hard to leave the heated bed once the treatment was over. I could easily have drifted off if I hadn't been so curious about the process! Jo is highly knowledgeable, gentle, and very generous with her advice for aftercare. My skin feels and looks much better already and I received a lovely spray to use. Thank you, Jo! ✨

Billie is wonderful. The best pedicure I have had in Hastings. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had an amazing experience with Natasha from start to finish. I went for the ‘Vampire Facial’. Throughout I felt cared for. Even though I can be squeamish about having blood taken, I barely even noticed it. The micro needling, although uncomfortable, was very much bearable and didn’t take too long. I was definitely a bit red the next day, so would recommend booking a day off if you have a customer facing role. I wasn’t bothered at all though, in fact it was just evidence of a successful treatment. A few days later, it’s all looking great. Can’t recommend Natasha and this treatment, enough.

I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Excellent Guinot facial and always a lovely atmosphere - never feel rushed here. Lynne also gives good advice on skincare, menopause etc. Heated bed icing on top! Be back soon to try the eye treatment.

A really incredible experience, Jo instantly put me at ease and created a beautiful, relaxing environment. The facial itself was amazing, truly holistic and I left feeling like a million bucks, my skin already feeling rejuvenated. The sound work, crystals and additional healing elements really added to the overall experience too. 10/10 .. I'm already looking forward to my next one!

Such a profoundly nurturing experience. The purification facial felt like a truly deluxe treatment. Jo is incredibly knowledgeable & has exceptional hands. The massage was beautifully deep & released jaw tension likely held for years. Her botanical potions & subtle, grounding aromas landed gently on my senses, adding to the feeling of care & intention throughout. I slept like a baby afterwards, and the next day my skin felt plump, firm & more even in texture. Most of all, I felt genuinely cared for. We loved our visit to the Treatment Rooms. It is has a lovely serene atmosphere and our facials were super relaxing and enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My skin felt really soft and supple after my facial and I loved the organic products. As a special treat, we had a cream tea in the lovely quintessential English garden behind the Treatment Rooms.

The best facial experience EVER! And I say experience because this is a fully immersive and holistic facial which totally relaxes the entire body and doesn’t just work on the face. I chose The Purification facial for a deep cleanse and my skin feels totally renewed. The massage throughout was just totally dreamy, as were the scents of the different natural products that Jo uses - and the sound bath element was a surprise but was amazing! Would 100% recommend. It’s an investment, but at 1hr 40mins it’s worth it, plus the results are clear. Thanks Jo! Xx

I came to see Jo with an idea of what the experience might be like, but I can say for certain it still exceeded every expectation.
