I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

This is my second time having my gel nails done with Victoria and again she understands exactly what I am looking for and has great suggestions even down to the shape of my nails to best display the nail art design. I also had a full leg wax. Victoria is so efficient in this respect too. So pleased with my visit. Will be returning soon.

Really lovely environment. Very soothing and relaxing. The therapist couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. So much so that I had extra treatments on the day added! Very impressed with the waxing products. The therapist had a gentle way about her and it was pain-free. A great all-round experience. Looking forward to my new go-to salon for pampering. Thank you!

I felt relaxed the moment i walked in the door, a lovely warm room full of plants and lamps, so calming and welcoming....the massage was lovely, and a very generous discount for carers too which was so much appreciated as things at home have been very challenging lately and my experience at tranquility really helped me at a time i desperately needed it, i will definitely book again!! It’s a professional service in a lovely salon. The waxing was fairly quick, we had a good chat in the meantime that didn’t effect the duration of the treatment. Clean, tidy environment with well equipped facilities. I’m very happy and will be back. Definitely recommend 👍
