I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Wow! What an amazing experience I've had. I was a bit skeptical and worried about my treatment today because I'm pregnant. Raquel greeted me with a warm smile on her face. She's such a lovely lady and very meticulous with her work. I have been to a few places before to have a Hollywood wax done, and I must admit that my experience here is on another level. It was painless, and Raquel made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain. I will definitely comeback here again! Thank you Raquel 😍

Another Incredible sculpted facial with Charlotte. It really is like nothing else you will get anywhere else. Relaxing yet powerful massage that finds every muscle in your face and Charlotte is amazing at releasing all the tension in each tiny one. My face feels and looks totally different afterwards - relaxed and lifted - the next day even better! Thanks again Charlotte!

Excellent Guinot facial and always a lovely atmosphere - never feel rushed here. Lynne also gives good advice on skincare, menopause etc. Heated bed icing on top! Be back soon to try the eye treatment.

Today I visited Tranquility and had a wonderful facial experience executed by Lynn. Lynn was professional, attentive, thorough and clearly an excellent professional who knew exactly what to do, she guided me through the entire Hydradermie process including what lotions (and because I was curious) how the machine worked. All in all a wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience, well worth a visit and I shall return.

I cannot believe how well this massage has gone I've been in excruciating pain on my right shoulder for well over a month the massage was absolutely brilliant worked all knots out massage my face and neck also so impressed feel absolutely brilliant I've booked another appointment for two weeks time with Lynn highly highly recommend if you're in a lot of pine with muscle tissues etc very nice caring lady 10 out of 10 x

Susan was so lovely and made me feel less nervous , not only that but she took less than 10 mins to do a full wax which is incredible 100% reccomend going here 🥺🥺
