The treatment itself is extraordinary, advanced skincare that left my skin looking utterly radiant. What Jo has created isn’t really a facial. It’s a feeling. Every sense is invited in. The scent of Palo Santo. Crystals. Alice’s hands moved with such intuition that I found myself wondering whether she could somehow feel the places that had been asking to be held before I’d noticed them myself. Then the moments that can’t be curated, the cry of seagulls drifting in through the window, church bells somewhere beyond the rooftops. The vibration of the bowls as the treatment came to a close.

I had the most incredible Unbinding facial with Jo at Spell Holistic - genuinely the best facial I’ve ever had. Jo is so respectful, thoughtful and deeply considered in the way she works, which made the whole experience feel incredibly calming and personal from start to finish. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous and decorated so beautifully and intentionally. Every detail feels carefully chosen and adds to the atmosphere. The facial was amazing, both relaxing and transformative, and I left feeling completely restored. I cannot recommend Jo or Spell enough ❤️

I had an amazing experience with Natasha from start to finish. I went for the ‘Vampire Facial’. Throughout I felt cared for. Even though I can be squeamish about having blood taken, I barely even noticed it. The micro needling, although uncomfortable, was very much bearable and didn’t take too long. I was definitely a bit red the next day, so would recommend booking a day off if you have a customer facing role. I wasn’t bothered at all though, in fact it was just evidence of a successful treatment. A few days later, it’s all looking great. Can’t recommend Natasha and this treatment, enough.

Profiles is a lovely salon, the space is lovely. Hands down the best massage I have ever had & my skin feels amazing after every facial. I have seen Hannah monthly for well over a year & I will never go anywhere else. I have never had such a personalised treatment before, Hannah really takes the time to really understand what i want from a treatment & I always float out of the salon afterwards! My favourite day of every month! Thank you X

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Went as I was given a voucher. Will definitely return. My skin was plump and glowing when I left and the aromatherapy scent (bespoke for me) followed me all day. The most relaxing experience and cannot praise the massage skills enough. Thank you! X

Excellent leg wax at Tranquility. Minimal discomfort and no hairs in sight by the end. Every patch of hair was covered. Highly recommend!
