I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

We loved our visit to the Treatment Rooms. It is has a lovely serene atmosphere and our facials were super relaxing and enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My skin felt really soft and supple after my facial and I loved the organic products. As a special treat, we had a cream tea in the lovely quintessential English garden behind the Treatment Rooms.

Today I had the Glow facial. It was amazing and so very relaxing. I have to say I felt really good and booked another with Sarah next month.

A very relaxing facial. Sarah uses many soothing, cleansing lotions and potions on my face. The package includes a mini head and shoulder massage plus an arm and hand moisturise/ massage. Wonderful, thank you

I had an amazing experience with Natasha from start to finish. I went for the ‘Vampire Facial’. Throughout I felt cared for. Even though I can be squeamish about having blood taken, I barely even noticed it. The micro needling, although uncomfortable, was very much bearable and didn’t take too long. I was definitely a bit red the next day, so would recommend booking a day off if you have a customer facing role. I wasn’t bothered at all though, in fact it was just evidence of a successful treatment. A few days later, it’s all looking great. Can’t recommend Natasha and this treatment, enough.

I hadn't had a 90 minute massage for a very long time and it was long overdue. Sarah did not disappoint. Her calming and welcoming treatment room was warm and cosy, from the heated blanket to the heated eye mask. She worked her magic with her hot lava shells and sweet scented oils on my tired and stressed body and I left feeling completely relaxed and chill. Will definitely return again for more. Thank you Sarah.
