Vivien was amazing. I got two facials for me and my partner and she did such a wonderful job with extracting all of our blackhead and whiteheads really made a difference. She is very attentive and gentle and walks you through every step. i recommend you book with her her and i will definitely be booking again and again and again !! 🩷

I had a wonderful experience. The ladies were very friendly and professional, and everything felt clean and welcoming. I had several treatments done including lash lift, brows, facial and bacne treatment. As someone new to lash lifts, and facials I didn’t realise that having them both done in the same day might not be a good idea- my lashes were done first and ended up pretty squished after the facial and bacne treatments which was disappointing. I do wish that someone had mentioned this or that the lash lift might have been done last but other than that I would definitely recommend this place

Service was good. Only thing I can suggest is for the reception to be manned by someone not doing treatments as poor gals cannot keep appointment times when manning desk for walkins who is after information.

Laila is just amazing and so professional I did my eyebrow Feathering JUST WOW!! would recommend to anyone wanting to get eyebrow Feathering done Laila dose it with ease and you come out looking like a million bucks and so affordable compared to other places. Also did a facial and laser . The booking process was easy aswell just book online .

This was my first visit to Laila she is very thorough obviously experienced, gives a lot of information and provides an amazing service. I showed up with dull unhydrated skin and have left with a lovely fresh glow.

Kate is a true professional and the most brilliant eyebrow specialist that I have been a client of . She understands the eyebrow in relation to your facial structure and sculpts them accordingly . She is an enormous asset to Lash and Brow .

Great customer service and understanding from the lady at the counter to the beautician, Batool. She was careful with my brows as a new client and gave suggestions on what shape suited my facial features.

My Signature Hydrafacial was amazing! Again the welcoming was very professional and warm. The beautician explained each time what products she was using and what it does for the skin. I also purchased the products to treat my skin with the full effect post facial. I will definitely be a returning customer every 4 to 6 weeks as my skin already feels the difference from the facial and products combined.

Beautiful salon and the bed was just gorgeous. My lash beautician Maia was a real sweetheart. I laid there enjoying the relaxation. Definitely will be a repeat customer, already booked for a facial next week followed by fortnightly lash infills.
