Micro Needling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that treats skin concerns via your own collagen production. Micro needling is most often used on the face to target: Acne scars, age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, large pores, reduced skin elasticity, and uneven skin tone. It can also target stretch marks and scars on parts of the body! 

The downtime of this treatment is 24hrs for the redness and swelling to subside, you may experience some peeling. 

Depending on the severity of your concern, it is recommended to have between 3-6 treatments to see great results. 

You should wait 4-6 weeks between treatments to allow for your skin to heal. 

It is not advised if you have any of the following: keloid scarring, blood disorders, skin disease, poor health, active acne, on anticoagulants, active cold sores, have had any other skin treatment within a timeframe of 4-6 weeks, just had Botox or fillers, on acne medication, pregnant/breastfeeding.

Skin Needling (Micro Needling)

The Deep Sea peel is a non-acid, chemical free peel that utilises manual exfoliation to resurface the skin, lifting away stubborn pigmentation, improving acne and acne scarring. This peel is not recommended for very sensitive skin. A Deep Sea peel is a medium depth peel that will improve uneven textured skin, photo-damage, congestion, fine lines, scarring and all types of pigmentation including melasma. 

Down time for this treatment is 4-7 days. 

You should allow 4-6 weeks between treatments. 

Your skin will see dramatic improvement after a single treatment. Depending on your concerns you may require 1-3 treatments. 

The Deep Sea Peel is not advised for the following: Sensitive skin, cold sores, open wounds, history of keloid scarring, hyperpigmentation, used acne medications within the last 6 months, pregnant/breastfeeding.
