Helen is without question, a truly talented PMU artist. I have had a tattoo before with Helen, so knew that she would be amazing at my brows. Saying that, as they are on my face, I was a little apprehensive as I have never had anything more than a wax and a tint! However, I shouldn’t have worried. Helen put me at ease straight away and explained how it would all work. The procedure itself wasn’t uncomfortable and we chatted all the way through it putting the world to rights 🩷 When Helen finished, she passed me the mirror and I couldn’t believe how natural they looked. I absolutely love them😍

I had a wax, massage & facial appointment today with Harri. She made me feel so at ease having a Hollywood wax, it was like being in the room with a friend. The massage was so relaxing! 2nd time, different services. This time a 45mn back, shoulder and neck massage. I actually fell asleep and woke up brand new 🫶🏼🫶🏼 Also a brow wax, which is not easy with my uneven hairy browns and she nailed it. Thank you and see you again in two weeks ❤️❤️

I honestly would never go anywhere else now. She is hands down the best wax lady I’ve ever been to 😭 makes you feel SO comfortable, is so thorough, and somehow makes the whole thing way less painful than anywhere else I’ve been. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. The results are always perfect every single time. Couldn’t recommend her enough 🫶

As a disabled customer, I rely on external support to meet my personal care needs. Louise is very person centred as well as inclusive. She goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. The service is always very welcoming and respectful. My body isn't always cooperative, and often has a mind of its own. But, during those moments, Louise has the ability to make me feel at ease, whilst maintaining my dignity. Lousie is very skilled at what she does. Her services are very reasonably priced and excellent value. The waxing room is always very clean and smells lovely too.
