I had ombré brows done with as a modal, the experience was very good, and I was made to feel very welcome by jazz and the ladies training. My brows turned out lovely, might need a follow up appointment but I’m very happy. I’ve also had a lip enhancement done by Jazz and all was fab again, very happy with the results and I’m sure I will be back again.

I had a Polished Manual Facial yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was very relaxed and made to feel comfortable. The facial included a neck, shoulder and arm massage as well as a wonderful face massage. I felt very relaxed afterward and will return for another next month. It was the best facial massage I have ever had as it felt like a proper professional massage, rather than just a light touch.

I had a wax, massage & facial appointment today with Harri. She made me feel so at ease having a Hollywood wax, it was like being in the room with a friend. The massage was so relaxing! I absolutely my nails. Alisha is amazing at doing details on patterns. I went for a Halloween themed style with each nail have a different patterns blood drips, spiderweb, barbwire heart, pumpkin face, spider, snake, star and moon, barbwire and a pumpkin. Such amazing detail! The best birthday nails I’ve ever had!!

Louise is the best! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to wax me, especially when it comes to the intimate area. She is quick, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Thanks for always keeping me smooth and hair free 😊

I have had multiple treatments with jazz and the team! Everytime it has been exceptional! Iv had PDO threads, Botox, microneedling, bb glow, lemon bottle and I have others booked in! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!!! Jazz goes above and beyond to really understand what it is that you want to improve and most of all delivers. Wonderful experience with Louise. Accommodated me and my mum so sincerely, making me feel comfortable and reassured throughout my whole experience. Lovely woman and a lovely experience, especially since it was my first wax. Will definitely be returning, and couldn’t recommend her service enough! 🩷

Absolutely amazing as ever! It’s all the little touches that make Laura so very special - socks placed on heater then on your feet, a warm hand placed on the face while putting cold face mask on. I have had all her treatments and cannot choose a favourite as they are all great so I rotate which one I have. Outstanding!
