Very friendly and professional experience. Don't get me wrong waxing is never pain free but every effort was made to make me feel comfortable. Busra takes pride in her work and you can tell that she works with precision to get the best results. I would highly recommend.

I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

As a disabled customer, I rely on external support to meet my personal care needs. Louise is very person centred as well as inclusive. She goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. The service is always very welcoming and respectful. My body isn't always cooperative, and often has a mind of its own. But, during those moments, Louise has the ability to make me feel at ease, whilst maintaining my dignity. Lousie is very skilled at what she does. Her services are very reasonably priced and excellent value. The waxing room is always very clean and smells lovely too.
