Just listening to the chat between staff, the vibe is always women supporting and encouraging each other, which is then passed on to their clients. Cannot recommend highly enough.

So relaxing and Sheila is wonderful, felt completely at ease with her straight away and like I'd known her years. My skin feels amazing and like porcelain smooth, my scalp and hair from Indian head massage feels so nice and I've never felt as calm in my life! Feel like I'm floating! I couldn't recommend Alex enough! She is so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. I was really nervous before my appointment, but she was so reassuring and made the whole experience much more comfortable than I expected. Alex is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what she does. The results are amazing, and I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now. If you're feeling anxious about booking a wax, especially a Hollywood, Alex is definitely the person to go to.

I have to say that was one of Thee best massages I’ve ever had. I swear Catey has magic hands and finds spots that you didn’t even realise was causing carnage in your body. I had the back , neck, face and scalp massage and will definitely be booking it again with Wonder Woman herself. Love love love 💕

Imogen was lovely. I wanted a Bob haircut but Imogen advised against it due to how thin it was at the front - I really appreciated her honesty. Imogen gave me a nice trim and framed the front bits for me and shared some styling tips. Will definitely go back once my hair has grown out a bit.

Wow! Booked the Japanese head spa for my 11 year old daughter’s birthday. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Gorgeous salon and Andrew was the best. Explained everything and made me daughter feel so relaxed. Can not wait to visit again! Would highly recommend!
