Good friendly staff, really nice manicure, wish they cut the sides and around abit more to look like the online manicures i feel like abit of skin was still left, shaped my nails nicely buffed my nails and it left a really nice shine could use oil to give it that nice touch of end to a manicure.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. I had my first facial today We went for the Bronze package (which is what suited my skin type) I can honestly say I have never ever felt so overwhelmed The treatment it self was a experience I’ve never encountered in a facial before My face and neck feel rejuvenated with a definite visible result especially the darker shades under the eyes and mouth area I was made relaxed and reassured throughout the different stages of the treatment. I thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed the neck and foot massage too Thank you Goldy.
