Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. As always, the lovely ladies at The Beauty Refinery absolutely smashed it! I am so happy with my lashes. This is the first time I’ve ever had a lash lift & tint (or anything ever done to my lashes!!) but I will returning to get this treatment in the future. My lashes are full, lifted and look very natural yet flattering. Cannot recommend this enough. The ladies at so kind and patient.
