Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. I have been having facials, brows, waxing and the odd pedicure at Angela Louise now for over a year! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s friendly and professional. She always make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She intuitively knows if I want a chatty conversation or something more relaxing. If I’ve had a busy / hard or stressful time her facials are my go to stress relief. I have always been abit self conscious about waxing but Angela makes me feel comfortable by keeping me chatty and calm! Highly recommend. 😌
