Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I have been having facials, brows, waxing and the odd pedicure at Angela Louise now for over a year! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s friendly and professional. She always make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She intuitively knows if I want a chatty conversation or something more relaxing. If I’ve had a busy / hard or stressful time her facials are my go to stress relief. I have always been abit self conscious about waxing but Angela makes me feel comfortable by keeping me chatty and calm! Highly recommend. 😌

I absolutely love my treatments with Naz .I’ve now had 2 x Morpheus 8 treatments and 2 Hydra-facials . I’m noticing fantastic results .. I also trusted Naz to decide on which products would be best suited to my skin needs ,after only a few weeks of using I can already feel the difference in the texture of my skin and a reduction in fine lines and pigmentation ,so thanks Naz for introducing me to your Zo products . I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .
