My friend and i really enjoyed our experience at the beauty refinery. It was amazing. The service and costumers care was top notch. I had my body wax done by Pinky and inde, those two lovely ladies were extremely kind and helpful to one another. Their personalities are very bubbly and sweet. I also had a full face wax/threaded by Deep. She was extremely kind, soo sweet and good at her job. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly. Also met the owner. What a lovely lady. She gave us free chocolate and hand cream after our services for all the pain we had to endure😂 I definitely will be coming again!

I have been having facials, brows, waxing and the odd pedicure at Angela Louise now for over a year! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s friendly and professional. She always make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She intuitively knows if I want a chatty conversation or something more relaxing. If I’ve had a busy / hard or stressful time her facials are my go to stress relief. I have always been abit self conscious about waxing but Angela makes me feel comfortable by keeping me chatty and calm! Highly recommend. 😌

I went today to get Hollywood wax and under arm wax. Sanaz, my server, was really good and gentle. My appointment went really smooth and I would recommend any newcomers to the city (like me) who is trying to find a comfortable place to get their waxing done. Please try waxing at Beauty Refinery! I had my first facial today We went for the Bronze package (which is what suited my skin type) I can honestly say I have never ever felt so overwhelmed The treatment it self was a experience I’ve never encountered in a facial before My face and neck feel rejuvenated with a definite visible result especially the darker shades under the eyes and mouth area I was made relaxed and reassured throughout the different stages of the treatment. I thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed the neck and foot massage too Thank you Goldy.

I had my first experience with waxing and gel nails at Lotus today. The entire process was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, the salon was clean and airy, and the treatments were delivered to a high standard. I had Hollywood waxing for the first time, and the beautician explained the process and used breathing techniques to reduce my anxiety and discomfort, which worked very well. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
