I’ve been seeing Natalia for about 4 years and recently decided to try a lash lift and tint (I usually get volume refills, which are also beautiful). She gave me the exact natural look I wanted! I had the chance to work with three techs (two for my nails, and one for my lashes) and everyone was lovely—kind, friendly, and professional. My deluxe pedicure and bio gel set are perfect! The only issue was communication about my lash lift and tint. As it was my first time, I made sure to mention that, but I wasn’t asked how much lift I wanted. The tech chose a very subtle lift, and I would have chosen maximum lift if I’d known there were different options. I feel like I paid for a service with very little visible difference which is really disappointing.

Chloe was amazing, kind, knowledgeable and very patient! She was very focussed on her work, super gentle with the tools and made sure to check in with me on the progress of my nails !! I changed my mind on a 3d art for a few nails and she willing removed it and started the process all over again on going cat eyes for all. I felt bad but she was super understanding and kind about it. Thank you Chloe for such an amazing experience :) would definitely recommend - most gentle nail tech I've ever had

Tracy absolutely saved the day! I smudged my nails right in the middle of dress shopping and was stressing about it, but she took me and completely redid it. The result was flawless—you couldn’t even tell anything had gone wrong. She was quick, professional, and so kind the entire time. It really made my whole day better. My experience was wonderful. Andrea was fantastic and it was one of the best facials I've had. She was both gentle, and yet had the perfect amount of firmness. The arm massage was the bomb. My only critique was that someone quietly came into the room a couple of times which was distracting, but that had nothing to do with Andrea's amazing facial. Highly recommend a facial with Andrea.

Mursal is always so lovely and pampers me :) I saw Mursal for lip blush and the procedure was very comfortable and I am loving my results! She gave me the lip color I wanted and my lips look blushed with no makeup. I always look forward to seeing her again :)

I had my lip blush done with Karina at BB Beauty Bar. She is a true professional- welcoming, calm, friendly and very knowledgeable. She answered all questions I had and I never felt rushed.
