I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Huge shout to Navi who is an esthetician at Lux. She is wonderful and definitely knows her craft. Had the most incredible facial. Also she did laser for me and some waxing. Hi. Serena was lovely However I came for the facial with concerns about the capillaries on my left cheek specifically and now they are worse…tho I understand they will clear up after a few days. I’ve put some cover up makeup on meanwhile. So maybe dermabrasion is not for me. What would you suggest in a month or so? Just curious…. Thank you.

Alyssa is extremely talented and a lovely person to be around. I was very comfortable with putting my eyebrows in her capable hands and am so glad I did. I wanted a natural looking brow that works with my facial structure and Alyssa guided me through my options and gave her expert recommendations which turned out beautiful. Incredible experience! Real therapists who know what they are doing, the reflexology I had with Vai was so therapeutic and enjoyable! The Signature Head Spa done by these ladies is a must-try!! So much great face, head,neck, arm, hand massage included with the amazing scalp scrub and intense cleanse!!! So cool!! I was so relaxed in that warm, luxurious bed! Thank you!!!

I really loved the service, the pain was bearable even though I heard otherwise. I got my lip blushing done by Mitra, she was amazing. Made the experience 10 times better. Didn’t even feel the time go by and was looking forward to my touch up just to chat with her again. Overall, the customer service is amazing would definitely recommend!

Oh my gosh! The Korean facial by Tiffany was unbelievable! It was such an amazing facial…the face massage was wonderful and all of the products used. Tiffany is a master with this facial!

SKN Deep knows how to prioritize my self-care! I absolutely loved my lift + sculpt buccal facial massage. I have sensitive skin and had absolutely no irritation. My face looked more toned and I couldn't believe how much tension was released!
