Absolutely amazing experience. Very friendly staff! The whole experience was so relaxing! I 100% recommend the head spa service. The wash, blow out and style was a great end to the appointment - my hair which normally just goes straight after a couple of hours was good the whole next day- I got compliments all day!!! I will definitely be back!!

I enjoyed my head spa appointment but I would prefer to select my hair product line (Goldwell for example) for my shampoo/conditioner (upsell opp) after my head massage. No silicones and it’s vegan. Also, I was looking for a big 90’s retro blowout and style. Stylist need training.

Amazing experience! The scalp treatment was incredible and so relaxing. Tiffany was fantastic and put me right at ease. Perfect pressure. Great technique. Talked me through the whole process and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The spa area is very relaxing and the tables so comfortable and warm. The front is very chaotic but all staff were warm and helpful. Parking wasn’t too bad but we came midday during the week. I can imagine on the weekend parking might be tough.

Fantastic! I got both myself & bestie a head spa it was absolutely on point! I felt so relaxed & rejuvenated after it was a great experience will definitely go again! The price was amazing, they included a discount along with a matcha tea & biscoff cookie 👌🏾 they catered to my skin sensitives to ensure I didnt have any negative reactions to products used. I do wish the rough dry had a bit more product options for curly girls( ie. gel creates a cast & curl brush) and allowed some more time to diffuse as curly hair takes longer to dry. We'll worth the experience & the bed so comfy and warm 💆

I go to Lux in Grimsby for my regular nail appointments and was so excited when they announced the Beauty Bar Hair Spa! I have to say it was everything that I expected! Vai was so amazing, she was so attentive and always making sure I was comfortable. Having the 2 locations across the street from each other makes it so convenient, this will be added to my regular appointments! I highly recommend everyone try this at least once- you will be hooked!
