Lovely little beauty room, hidden away in Bournville. Havannah is very friendly, reassuring and pays such attention to detail. She talks you through the process and shows you what she’s doing as she goes along. She did an excellent job of my eyebrows and I will absolutely book another appointment with her. Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

I had a mini facial and eyebrow and eyelash tint. I felt like a million dollars afterwards. I will now make it a monthly treat to myself to have a pamper session. I deserve it. Cheryl makes you feel so comfortable and so cherished. She is simply wonderful at everything she does in the realm of treatment. She explains everything and ensures you are happy with what is being done to you every step of the way!!!
