I had my eye lash extension , brow tinting and shaping by the very owner Nilima. Where do I begin with. First of all the place has got a nice tidy vibe. The staff is extremely well behaved. Nilima is the real boss lady with full of positive energy. Shes very gentle in client handling. She strived for him satisfaction. And I extremely loved talking to him during the services. I felt feeling very happy and truly pampered. I think I will be coming here very often now🙂 best wishes to Nilima and team for the nice job they have put in to make this place stand out.

Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

I recently had my eyelashes extensions and eyebrows shaped by Jass.From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Leila is a very talented and lovely young lady, and she was very attentive and caring throughout my appointment. Been to many salons over the years and can honestly say Melissa’s is ‘simply the best’. I look forward each week to a wonderful and relaxing massage as well as eyelash tints and manicures. I love this salon. The girls are friendly and professional. Pari did a beautiful manicure & shellac for me. 💅 She made a new nail to fix a broken one. I didnt know you could do that! Their prices are very reasonable too. When I first went it was with the intention of just getting a weekly wash & blow dry. Now I also get my nails done. My eyebrows & eyelashes tinted and my roots done. I've been really happy with each service I've tried. The girls aren't pushy about products or services they gently suggest something but don't push. I feel comfortable & relaxed there. I highly recommend. 😊
