Kelsey was absolutely amazing! I originally had the appointment for a hard gel full set. She explained the difference between hard gel and Gel-x, so we decided the Gel-x was the best option. She was very polite & professional. I highly recommend her!!

I’ve been going to Kelsey at Catherine Nails for a full year now, and she is absolutely amazing. Every set she does is clean, long-lasting, and beautifully detailed. She actually listens to what I want, helps shape my ideas, and always adds artistic touches that make the design even better. The salon is always spotless and comfortable, and I never feel rushed. Kelsey remembers my shape, my style, and the small details that matter. I took my 14 year old daughter for her Full Gel X Set with custom intricate design that was an add on. We were both happy with the results and service. This place is a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. They have repeat clientele and it’s hard to get in. We were happy to get on a waitlist and luckily got in before her trip to Washington DC and Cali! Yay!

I love the environment in the salon and the girls are all great! I’ve worn extensions for the majority of my adult life and when I switched to their butterfly wefts they informed me of all the benefits of the different varieties they offer and how it would work best for my hair. It’s very affordable as well but you certainly are not sacrificing any quality. Everyone is always personable and the playlists are forever great, me and Sidney spend most of the appointments just humming to the music and yapping. 10/10 recommend this salon!

My 4th location/person to do my lashes and so far she's the best! She does a GREAT job with LONG LASTING results! Not a single complaint! She's also a great "therapist" (listener) when a mother finally has an hour without her kids! Couldn't ask for a better hour "mom break!!" I actually had booked my next 3-4 appointments for every 6 weeks that evening after my first appointment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for overall last lifting and tinting!

Wonderful!!! It was so nice. The inner haven experience was soooo nice. They kept the time / kept me on schedule so I didn't have to wonder when I needed to be ready for the next service. The full body exfoliation was perfect and the spray tan was super easy. I've never had one before, but she walked me through all the steps and made it way less intimidating. Love love love this place <3

Where do I begin? Cat has done it again! Catherine’s Head2Toe is so relaxing & welcoming, from the moment I first stepped in I instantly felt relaxed. The Inner Haven experience is well worth it and the perfect way to set the mood to get ready for your service. After relaxing in the hot tub, Addison brought me back for my facial. The bed is so comfortable. She walked me through her process, asked me a few questions, and then got to work. Somewhere along the way, I floated off in a state of bliss and simply enjoyed being pampered. Addison was amazing! I can’t wait to go back!

Exceptional!! The best blowout in Kalamazoo!

Addison was wonderful. I had my brows mapped because they hadn’t been waxed in quite a while. She did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She also had a game plan for my brows going forward. The service was excellent. Minimal redness. I’m excited to have a reliable waxer in Kalamazoo. I already have my next appointment booked and will look forward to seeing Addison for a facial sometime soon as well!

Definitely will be recommending to my people! We felt so relaxed after that we forgot our freshly dried swimsuits! Did a couples head spa with my fiancé and we felt like royalty. The inner haven experience is so relaxing, they brought us water, chilled towels for our faces/necks, and kept us updated as to when our service providers were ready for us. The service itself was so relaxing and included a shoulder & arm massage which I loved. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Also the environment was very luxe and relaxing; the perfect addition to Kalamazoo!

Such an incredible experience! Macy was an absolute doll and had some amazing recommendations for my hair, as I’ve been looking to refresh my routine. Wow. That’s all I can say. I had the most incredible blowout of my life. I get a blowout weekly and have been to countless salons, but none compare to this experience. The volume, bounce, and finish were unmatched, and the wash alone was next level. I also truly appreciated not feeling pressured to carry a conversation; the entire experience felt relaxing and effortless. Macy was exceptional (apologies if I spelled her name incorrectly). Her attention to detail and technique were outstanding.
