I recently had my first waxing appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. Harriet took her time to explain everything before getting started and throughout the session, made sure to check in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was okay. Harriet’s calm and friendly approach made what I expected to be a stressful experience actually feel very relaxed. For anyone who’s nervous about waxing for the first time, I can’t recommend enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I started to come and see Billie for Classic Eyelash Extensions after a recommendation from a friend and would truly never go anywhere else now. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted for the first time with Victoria and I’m so glad I did! I mentioned that I’ve been trying to grow my eyebrows back and she did such an amazing job. She was careful not to take away too much, shaped them beautifully and matched the tint perfectly to my natural root colour.
