She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. The results are amazing — my brows and lashes have never looked better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I recently visited for a brow wax and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The lovely lady who attended to me was incredibly friendly and kind her name is Rebecca, making me feel welcome right from the start. She was professional and respectful which I truly appreciated.
