I got my eyebrows and underarms waxed here with Teresa, and she was the nicest person! she asked me questions about how i wanted my eyebrows done, and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. it was my first time getting my UA waxed, but i didnt feel scared nor nervous at all because of her. i’ll defnitely be coming back to her!

I walked in without an appointment for an eyebrow wax and was served within 10 minutes, even though the salon was busy. The environment is super clean, and the staff are polite with professional skills in both eyebrow and body waxing. Always a great experience — highly recommended.

I should say waxing my eyebrows was well done. About my back, there was some hair left on my shoulders, so when I came home, I shaved it myself. I was thinking waxing the full back includes the shoulders as well.

Amazing service Ricky was super friendly and gentle, easy to speak to and get to know! He made the time fly by and he’s so hard working. And he recommended a way prettier colour couldn’t be happier — next time I come I’ll be coming with more cash for a higher tip that he deserves!

Amazing! Volk beauty is my go to. I started with getting my lashes done, which are perfect every time. I now add on a brow lamination to every other lash refill, the perfect add on. Plus, I did 2 sessions of lip shading and I absolutely am in love with the results. 11/10! Thank you Nataliia <3

I did a mani-pedi and Mary (the technician) was gentle and helped me choose my nail color. I wasn't quite sure when the service was over because Mary just told me to stay a few minutes in the dryer and she left. It was my first time there and I hadn't gotten a mani-pedi done in a while. I supposed they are used to customers who are more familiar with the process. I like the salon's decor and my only suggestion will be to have actual handwash (and possibly hand cream) at the handwash station.

Absolutely love this place! Nice urban atmosphere, comfortable, such diverse, talented, and humble staff. Owner is a doll. The place feels like you walked into a Barbie dream house, so girlie and sparkly. Just luv it. Segal is amazipants with her techniques, lashes n brows with others also on point, nails always to perfection with anyone you choose. Recommend fo sho!

First experience — what can I say? I was attended by Tommy (pedi) and Vina (bio gel) at the same time, and it was an amazing experience. The massage chairs were a great touch. Vina was very kind and really listened to what I wanted, and Tommy also did an excellent job. The place is beautiful and well-maintained. However, for the price, I feel there could be more attention to detail. My cuticles weren’t trimmed—maybe it’s an extra service, but I expected it to be included in a full set. Overall, great experience, but small details would elevate it even more.

As always my experience has been nothing but Amazing!
