Always 100/10, exceptional service. I tried something new today (eyebrow tinting) and she was not shy about setting my expectations - and I'm glad she did! What a difference. We found out the hard way that my eyebrows are a little special but she did everything within her power to make it work. This girl will go above and beyond. If she can't do it, no one can.
