Such a relaxing and chill atmosphere, calm vibes. I could tell Shaila was being very precise and gentle. Before I opened my eyes, I knew my lashes were gonna be EXACTLY how I wanted them and they were perfect. I also did a brow shaping and as someone who’s been doing their own eyebrows for years because they don’t trust others to not mess up the shape, I trusted Shaila. And I’m glad I did because she followed my shape and just cleaned it up without taking too much off. I will definitely continue to come back because finding a good lash artist is so hard to find these days.

My lashes were done in Australia and I was worried I would not be able to find someone in Toronto to do the fills. My worries were unwarranted because Natalia is wonderful. She is a perfectionist which is needed for great looking lashes. My lashes look amazing!!!

Shaila Z did an incredible job on my eyebrows — she took her time, paid attention to every small detail, and made my brows look beautifully natural while still lifting and enhancing my whole face. The studio was clean, welcoming, and Shaila made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. You can tell she truly cares about her craft and about making her clients feel confident. I'm really impressed. I haven't come across a place that uses new products for each customer before. They even opened a fresh pack of cuticle cutters and used all new tools, which is so important to prevent any adverse reactions. It's also rare to find a salon that sculpts nails with form guide stickers. The final result was flawless, and they even used a detail brush around my cuticles with my color. Got exactly what i asked for.
