I travel from Ottawa to Markham every couple of months and was in need of a haircut so I booked an appointment with Sophia. Being East Indian, my hair is thick and curly. Sophia was very busy on that Friday but she took her time and gave an excellent cut, with just the right amount of layers and texturing. I was very impressed and will be going back, and this time will also take my daughter for a cut. Also want to mention, the receptionist Misha was great and the salon is very clean, truly a professional place with affordable pricing too.

I had such a great experience with Lodina and Cassidy today. We did a grey blend, and for the first time ever, they were able to completely remove the warm tones and replace them with cool, ashy tones. Other salons have struggled to get this right, but they nailed it. They were professional, efficient, and clearly skilled. They worked quickly but never rushed. They took the time to make sure everything was done properly. I left feeling confident and very happy with the result. Highly recommend them.

I booked a haircut with Alex. He is so kind, patient, and gentle. I have a really sensitive scalp and I felt like I was going to fall asleep the whole time because I felt so relaxed. I was able to show Alex the haircut I wanted and he did exactly what I wanted. Alex also showed me how to blow dry my hair so that I could do it at home. Overall, the whole staff is wonderful and I am so happy with the haircut and service I received from Alex and the team! Thank you so much!

Great appointment as always. Justin is the sweetest person. Plus always puts extra efforts to making sure your lashes look great. They last long very very minimal shedding. I have super sensitive eyes. And I never get the burning sensation I did with other lash techs. He can be very accommodating and you can just tell he loves what he does. He’s always a super happy person. Plus now has a great selection of colour lashes. Trust me you cannot go wrong when you visit Justin for lashes
