Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrows laminated along with a Korean lash lift and tint combo! Sarah was attentive to what I wanted and mapped and shaped my brows perfectly to suit my face. The space was clean and relaxing and the whole process ran smoothly. She truly made me feel comfortable the entire time! I’m really happy with the results. Definitely will be booking another service. Highly recommend!!

This was my first experience with Sarah & getting my brows laminated and i’m so impressed with her talent! She is super friendly and provided me with all of the proper information to take care of my brows, as well as making the tint spot on to my natural colour. I usually don’t trust anyone with my brows but I will definitely be continuing to let her work her magic in the future :)

I had such a great experience! She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and paid so much attention to detail. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure they looked natural, clean, and perfectly shaped. I got a brow lamination and the girl who did them did a great job! My only minor critique would be that my brows were waxed a little bit too far apart in the middle for my liking, but otherwise all good! She was very gentle and took her time to make sure they looked perfect. I will always come back to Elva for their services and great prices & offers!

I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.
