Had my first brow appointment here and was nervous due to never having them done before. So glad I chose Rachel as the first person to do my brows. She was warm and welcoming, the room had very relaxing music on. I wanted to stay natural looking but better shape and a bit of tinting. She did everything perfectly. Will definitely be back! Clara takes her time to really perfect the clients' brows/lashes/lips. She always checks to see if the procedure is painful and applies numbing cream. So far happy with the service but it is only day 1 for my lips/brows so will have to see how it heals!

Always have the best experience here. So looking forward to moving full time to Perth next year so that I can visit sweet lab monthly. I always feel so comfortable here and the staff are always so lovely. They really listen to what you want specifically and endeavour each time to get the exact results you desire.

Layla is a really lovely down to earth beautician. She was sociable and friendly without being overly chatty. Really thrilled with my brows, she checked in at every stage to make sure I was happy with colour, shape, level of tint etc. I left feeling fresh and fab!
