Absolutely beautiful salon. On time, clean, great vibe. All the girls are so friendly and attentive. I spent the whole day there and was offered numerous drinks. Fresh air, comfy chairs, even a massage chair when you get your hair washed. They have really gone above and beyond to make it an experience when you enter the space. I don’t know another place like this in Perth!

This was my first visit at any cosmetic clinic in Australia, it surpassed my expectations! I have received injections for wrinkles for over a decade in the US, and to say the service, professionalism, cost and results were extraordinary here at EQUINOX with Ann, is worthy of more that 5 stars. I was able to make the consultation and procedure appointment for the same day. No sales pitch. But caring input about my options and valuable suggestions. I return to Perth every 3-4 months and will now only come to see Ann for all my cosmetic injections. THANK YOU

I had the Carboxy Co2 facial . Jamie was my therapist. Her touch is very therapeutic. It takes a lot for me to relax and I actually snoozed . She explained each step and what to expect post treatment . The face massage was exceptional. Will be back now I’m home in Perth again 5 ⭐️

Had my first brow appointment here and was nervous due to never having them done before. So glad I chose Rachel as the first person to do my brows. She was warm and welcoming, the room had very relaxing music on. I wanted to stay natural looking but better shape and a bit of tinting. She did everything perfectly. Will definitely be back! Veronica did my first ever hydrafacial and she was so gentle and gladly shared some skincare advice to questions I had! The facial was very hydrating and I loved the part with the ice head very cooling to the skin, having come to Perth and working in the mines my skin barrier had gotten sensitive and dehydrated and this treatment was perfect for immediate results! Highly recommend

Amazing! The staff were very friendly and our appointment started on time and lasted the full two hours (1.5 massage + facial). We did the couple combo and loved it! The massage was incredible! Very thorough and obviously done by a professional. The facial was also very pleasant. Bonus points for the ginger tea and cookies at the end. So yummy!! We will be back on our next Perth visit.

Layla is a really lovely down to earth beautician. She was sociable and friendly without being overly chatty. Really thrilled with my brows, she checked in at every stage to make sure I was happy with colour, shape, level of tint etc. I left feeling fresh and fab!
