I would like to provide feedback regarding the care I received. My pain was 10/10 at the time, and I was extremely distressed. Mona provided exceptional care. She performed acupuncture and used hot stones, which completely relieved my headache and significantly reduced my back and hip pain. Her skill, professionalism, and calm approach made a huge difference to my experience. Another staff member also assisted briefly when needed over the phone, which I appreciated. Great experience with the remedial massage, especially the hot stone and cupping therapy. The therapist was professional and focused on my problem areas. The hot stones helped me relax deeply, and the cupping relieved a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. I felt noticeably better right after. Highly recommend!

I had such a great remedial massage with Tj, honestly one of the best I’ve had. She worked on my whole body, but especially my neck and back, and the difference was insane. I went in feeling super tight and came out with so much more movement and range, it actually surprised me how much better I felt. Tj really knows her stuff and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. Super easy to relax around too, which just made it even better. Left feeling completely reset, definitely recommend! :)
