Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

Tina was so knowledgeable about general physiology that she was able to understand how an underlying condition i had affected my skin and work to suit. She's also extremely personable and made me feel so very comfortable with my bikini wax, i might let her do a brazilian next time and i SWORE i could never show myself to a tech like that, she made me feel THAT comfortable. In a nutshell - kind, efficient, great quality and price.

Khadijah was wonderful, professional and gentle. She made sure to discuss my preferences before and during the procedure to make sure the service was tailored to my needs. I had a brow wax and tint, she was alot more gentle with the wax than im used to lol ... she was very precise with the brow mapping and the shape of my brows was great. Will have to update on the colour and longevity of the tint in another post! Great job!

I've never had my lashes done until I met Bri. I literally just close my eyes, let her work her magic and guess what... She NEVER disappoints💕💁🏾‍♀️. This time around I got my brows shaped and guess what AGAIN... those were BOMB too.😁💕💁🏾‍♀️ (As expected). My experience was good and God willing I will be back. Just one thing to note. I think the order in which things were done could have been different and the experience should have started with the neck and shoulder massage first to get the client relaxed as well as I thought the with the massage I would have been lying on my stomach. Then, it should continue with the brow wax and then the lashes. However, overall it was a lovely experience and Derica is very knowledgable and understanding.
