Tina was so knowledgeable about general physiology that she was able to understand how an underlying condition i had affected my skin and work to suit. She's also extremely personable and made me feel so very comfortable with my bikini wax, i might let her do a brazilian next time and i SWORE i could never show myself to a tech like that, she made me feel THAT comfortable. In a nutshell - kind, efficient, great quality and price.

Khadijah was wonderful, professional and gentle. She made sure to discuss my preferences before and during the procedure to make sure the service was tailored to my needs. I had a brow wax and tint, she was alot more gentle with the wax than im used to lol ... she was very precise with the brow mapping and the shape of my brows was great. Will have to update on the colour and longevity of the tint in another post! Great job!

I've never had my lashes done until I met Bri. I literally just close my eyes, let her work her magic and guess what... She NEVER disappoints💕💁🏾‍♀️. It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

My experience was awesome, my wax was done so fast I did not notice it was finish. My nails is gorgeous. I love Niva for the quietness and I don’t have to wait for hours. When the appointment is set for a particular time you start at that time.

I am very happy with my nails, I had reservations having come from the UK but I didn’t need to worry. Kerry-Ann was very good, went to a great deal of care to make sure my nails were perfect. I think they look the best they’ve looked in awhile. I guess only time will tell how long they last. Will def go back next year

This was my first time getting a wax and I must say the bar was set high. From the hospitality, the professionalism and the simple calming and inviting feeling of the surroundings. I was very impressed with the overall experience.
