This was my first time coming to the Lab and I had the most welcoming experience. The ladies were so sweet and extremely caring. I attend a first time skin consult and a first time brow ride and wax. The skin consult was extremely thorough and provide lots of important information about skin, the layers, and what best techniques to use to achieve the results I wanted for my skin. I absolutely loved Anna - her depth of knowledge of skincare and her passion for the holistic approach to skin made the whole session feel amazing. My brows were amazingly looked after. Would highly recommend the dye!

Georgia did a great job with my lash lift and tint and brow shape and tint, explaining the process in detail and giving me options for colour and shape. I need to get my full face threading and eyebrows done, & now I always prefer going to Jeepal.She’s extremely professional and works very quickly without compromising on quality. Her technique is incredibly clean and precise she knows exactly how to shape the eyebrows to suit the face, and she’s very gentle with the skin. What I love most about Jeepal is that I barely feel any pain when she’s threading. She has such a light hand and so much experience that the whole process is smooth and comfortable. The service was good and the girl who did my services was very kind. I did end up coming back to the store to have the shape changed as I was uncertain about how my eyebrows looked, although the lady was extremely happy to help me without extra charge and fixed them to my desired look. :)

Excellent eyebrow shaping and tinting

I’ve been going to T Brows, Majura, for years. Manisha is absolutely lovely and does an excellent job threading my whole face and tinting my eyebrows and lashes. Thank you for looking after me so well.

facial was very nice but it would have been nice if the lights could have been dimmed to make it more relaxing my brows turned out great but i paid for high definition brows which should have included brow mapping and a brow massage but i only got them threaded and tinted which should have only cost me $45 compared to the $53 i paid for high def

Professional, really good at what she does. Very happy with lash lift and eyebrow wax.
