I need to get my full face threading and eyebrows done, & now I always prefer going to Jeepal.She’s extremely professional and works very quickly without compromising on quality. Her technique is incredibly clean and precise she knows exactly how to shape the eyebrows to suit the face, and she’s very gentle with the skin. What I love most about Jeepal is that I barely feel any pain when she’s threading. She has such a light hand and so much experience that the whole process is smooth and comfortable. The service was good and the girl who did my services was very kind. I did end up coming back to the store to have the shape changed as I was uncertain about how my eyebrows looked, although the lady was extremely happy to help me without extra charge and fixed them to my desired look. :)

My lashes are great, Bit disappointed with my hybrid eyebrow dye and shape- wasn’t communicated with for shaping or what I would like, the dye was done prior to wax (not sure if that’s normal order because it made me feel like it made my brows look much bigger than I would have liked). Also the dye was really patchy and I haven’t needed to wipe dye off myself before when I get home, again, not sure if that’s normal practice. Just no instruction. I also realise my tech may have been new, just giving feedback that the service wasn’t as perfect as the last experience I had at the salon. Thanks

I’ve seen so many brow artists over the years and never quite found the right one—until today! I’m pretty particular with my brows, and Nat only listened to what I wanted, but also talked me through everything. I’m in love after just one appointment. I never leave reviews, but this one was well deserved.

Another amazing appointment at Capital Lashes. I had previously had a slight reaction to an eyebrow lamination and the girls kept this in my notes so they could keep a close eye on it this time. Brilliant results as always!
