I had a wonderful experience getting a lash lift and full-face thread at Lash and I Brow. The staff was so lovely and attentive, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout my appointment. If there were a hall of fame for barbers, Jenzen would already be cast in marble. I've trusted my stubborn curly hair to others in the past, but no one is as consistent, effortless, and flawless at cutting it as this guy. I showed a reference picture, and he looked at it for 5 seconds, nodded once, and thirty minutes later, I walked out with a cut so on point that it looked better than the reference I had shown: quick rinse, dry and the shape STAYS, no gels, no nothing. Lorraine does great eyebrows! She’s done shaping and tinting for me a couple of times now, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. My eyebrows are naturally a bit sparse and uneven, but when Lorraine has finished with them they look thicker and beautifully defined - and symmetrical! She’s also a lovely person to deal with: friendly and helpful and professional. I’m so pleased I found her and I’ll definitely keep coming back.
